is a Senior Consultant at Workplace Transformation, Inc. joining the company in October of 2007. Prior to joining Workplace Transformation, he spent six years as the Director of Human Resource Development for Stora Enso North America where he was responsible for leading organizational change across the eight mills in North America focusing on leadership development, continuous improvement and technical training for operators.
Prior to Stora Enso he worked for several leading forest products companies including Champion International, Pentair and International Paper. During his 34 years in the paper industry he progressed through several positions in Operations and Human Resources including Group Leader, Team Leader, Production Supervisor, Department Manager, Involvement Coordinator, Training Manager, Organizational Development Manager, Human Resource Manager and Director of Human Resource Development. His experience includes designing and implementing systems for leadership development, employee involvement and development, continuous improvement, variable pay, work team redesign, and performance management in both traditional and green field start-up organizations.
