 is a Senior Consultant at Workplace Transformation, Inc. and has been with the firm since February of 2004. Before joining Workplace Transformation, Todd worked for Metaldyne (formally known as Simpson Industries, Inc.), a global leader in designing and producing automotive components and ATOC Technologies, Inc., supplier to the Heavy Duty Truck industry.
Todd has considerable experience in the Human Resources and Operating functions at both strategic and operational levels along with several years experience as a U.A.W. union official. He has worked as a Human Resource professional responsible for employee relations programs as well as facilitated organizational change efforts for both domestic (U.S.A.) and overseas organizations. He offers skills and knowledge across various regions of the Human Resources and Operating functions, covering additional areas such as selection and recruitment, employee development, organizational and job design, performance management, and external customer relations. His international background includes the U.K., France, Spain, and Serbia.
Todd has experience in several different industries including Automotive Tier 1 & 2 (Engine, Driveline, Chassis, and Injection Molded Products), Electronics (Amateur and Commercial Radio), Steel (Sheet Products {Hot Rolled, Cold Rolled, and Coated Products}, Tin Products, and Iron Ore Mining).
